This is so excellent I’ve watched it multiple times - how can I use this choreography on the pilates equipment so I can make clients feel they are actually using all the equipment in a session such as this one ? Thanks!!
I really like this class but am I am pretty sure that the exercises around 20 min in and again at around 40 min in are not repeated on the other side at all in the case of the latter and certainly not the same in the case of the former. That is just a tad frustrating Karen Sanzo
