I LOVED this class! would love to see more of you! I have an allegro reformer and thought am wondering how the your colors match up to mine. red (heaviest) blue (med) and yellow (low) I used one red the whole time. Thanks! Keep the classes coming!
Michele the Allegro and our Reformers are both made by Balanced Body. The order of springs heaviest to lightest is Green, Red, Blue, yellow. Though springs can feel different even from the same manufacturer, you are as close to us as you can get without having the exact same Reformer.
Great class - I'm just wondering: why do we work with the head rest propped up as opposed to with the neck in neutral? Many thanks for any clarification.

Alia, it really depends on each individual. Putting the head rest up may alleviate some tension in the neck and shoulders and create more of a neutral position with less tension. Hope this helps.

What a fun class. Thank you Tracey. For a dancer that has not danced in years. This was heavenly! definitely going to incorporate into my jump board classes! Sweating is GREAT!
