loved this class and many others. Your cueing is perfect without being overly wordy. I like how your classes make use of every minute while being very informative and getting us moving.
Great class-good shoulder opener/armwork out with the bands (felt sore from work in my R shoulder and now it feels great!)

Loved the use of the resistance band. Would love more classes using bands, light weights and magic circle for added challenge. Meredith you are my favorite! :)

Eileen - From what I understand about osteoporosis you should avoid going into spinal flexion (rounding). You could certainly modify though!
