Very cool moves - I feel like this is so hard to recreate teaching sometimes - a good teacher needs to give so many cues!!! Which of these moves would you choose to pepper into a reformer workout? Thanks!
Elizabeth D Hey great question! Thank you so much for taking this workout. Something I love to teach people is connecting the exercises from all the equipment together. Really we have one exercise we do 500+ times! Have you tried my two Reformer classes from this series? If not check those out and I bet you'll come up with a Thass®-tastic workout xx
I avoided this class knowing it would take me out of my comfort zone. Oh my - it did and thank you! The teaser twist connection channeled the best version I have ever executed! This will be on repeat for tendon stretch and horseback improvement.
