What a beautiful class! I've only been observing but I can't wait to do all these exercises on my reformer and to teach them to my clients.

Loved this workout and all the rotation variations! One request: when telling us which springs to use, please say which ones you’re using. When we don’t know the exercise, asking us to vary springs based on amount of compression isn’t very helpful because we don’t know what’s coming. Thank you!
Many thanks Savannah for your comment and suggestion. I tend to use lighter springs than most Pilates practitioners and enthusiasts. I have learned to rely on motor control rather than strength due to injuries. If I suggest that people use the same springs as I do I may mislead or bore them! However, I appreciate your suggestion and will follow it  going forward.
