Seriously challenging and fantastic class! Thank you. As a yoga teacher I can correct though that yoga is also rarely static - even if a posture looks still, there should be subtle inner adjustments in accordance with the breath.

Thank you Kate! And yes - the human body cannot really be static - what with all that blood and oxygen rushing around inside - not to mention the heart pounding away. So of course yoga is rarely static (as an Ashtanga freak I can attest). But it did help me to demonstrate a point at that moment! Truly happy that you enjoyed it.

Ok, Alycea, I really hope you read this and find out how much your class has affected the whole pilates community in St. George, Utah...which, granted, is not that big yet, but growing! I feel like I know you from following you thru the years, but when I watched your class ( 4 times) and then used alot of it this week in our teacher training at the studio where I work, everyone loved it. It gave me a chance to rave about you and pilatesanytime!!!!
