Just what I needed. Meredith is one of my favorite PA instructors because I always feel more in touch with my body when I practice pilates with her.

I also never comment on videos. I can say that i immediately Liked this video to do it again. Mostly because the articulate detailed cueing and the beautifullllll back extension /flexion combinations. Loved it
