Hadar K I'm happy to hear that you watched the tutorial and will try the half roll back series in this class with that alternative setup. You can certainly still add all the arm work with or without weights, but remember to focus on the low transverse abdominals and pelvic floor (imagine drawing that area back towards where the ball will be placed in your variation) and hopefully this will alleviate some of that tightness in the hip flexors and low back pain. Keep me posted!
This class was everything!! Working the entire time as every transition was part of the work and the balancing at the end was icing on the cake. Your cues once again are impeccable. I so enjoy your classes Laura! My inner thighs thank you as well ;)
