Not going to lie this was really hard! I loved it 

When pilates meets sculpting : precision, control, breath ... all principles applied to this 55 min sculpting sequence ! loved it !

This was one of the most challenging class I have taken on PA in a while! Thank you so much, it was a great way to start the weekend and I will be feeling this tomorrow.  Loved the total body workout and the small ball is my absolute favorite prop!
