Fun class but found the middle bit was too much fast hip flexion and spinal flexion for proper recruitment and very high risk of overcompensation. I would have liked more of the standing work or a fusion of some mat within the dance segment. Working with music does not really give time for any cueing for the viewer. Nice ideas for standing warm ups.
