Judy ~ Thank you for your forum post. Courtney's classes are all very intense which can make them very hard! Since all of the exercises in this class would be safe for a level 2 student, we have decided to keep this at a level 2. When you compare it to some of her other, more advanced classes, there is a difference in the level of exercises. This would be a great class to come back to as you will be able to see how you progress and it will be a little easier each time!
Only recently watched this video . I so enjoyed this , I liked how you taught the build up to some of the exercises . Brilliant teaching shall be watching more of you Courtney .
I like this video but it freezes. I have seen other comments. Can't this be fixed? Very frustrated. I am in free trial and I don't think I will purchase if I have to deal with it not running properly. Disappointing.
Jane ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with the video freezing. I recommend watching it in a lower quality so it will play without stopping. I think this is an excellent video workout. It has really helped me to realize the reason for each of the exercises and the best execution. I cannot lift my body up on my elbow, so I guess I m not as strong as I think I am.
