Thank you Courtney! I love all of the classes I've taken from you on here. You keep it varied and moving. In this class especially, I loved the single leg in the strap work...super challenging for me.
This is my absolute go to class! Especially with osteopenia it feels so good to work my weaker side separately to strengthen it. More from Courtney please!

I've done this class so many times, I need to finally comment. Every time I do it I feel stronger and more "balanced". Your instruction and cues are spot on. More please!!
