I was hesitant to take this class since I have a titanium plate/screws at T3 4 5 but figured if I learned to ski after my accident this session done slowly and consciously was `probably far less dangerous.n ;) I rarely experience the openess I´ve just be rewarded with for spending a half hour with you. Joni I'm glad you tried it, and really pleased that you feel "open." It so often happens that a new client will come in with all kinds of contra-indications that they are in fact performing the whole time in daily life! In the controlled environment of a studio you rarely get hurt.
So helpful, I have had a recent injury in my upper back, chest, shoulders & neck... the neck seems to be the last place holding on to a lot of tension, so I am really happy I came across this class. Thank you for your thorough instruction. If you have any more resources on neck relaxation stretches I would be interested in more. Until then, I will keep on working through these :)
