Great workout and great pace. I even took the trouble to memorise it. These 30 minutes are very useful when you're pushed for time and really need to move.
So you know how you should do something everyday that scares you? Well, this is it!!!!! Kathi, you are a mad genius. I totally have a new girl crush! Thank you for reviving athleticism in Pilates. I love your style of teaching and I feel about the method like you. I had so much fun taking this class. I smiled the entire time! I live not far from your studio and I plan on making a trip to take a class!

Annie!! Are you leaving me for Kathi?!!! Smart choice! I think your word choice here is perfect when you say Thank you for "reviving" athleticism... As far as I can tell, Kathy imparts health, vigor and spirit into everything she does. She brings life back to our own spirit by her example.
Tough but great. I love it and got some good ideas. I had to adapt it a little for me and reduce the range of movement in some of the moves. I think I would have to do this for clients too, but great to have a aim and goal :) Thanks so much.
