Thanks so much Meredith, this was a great class! I tried the sticky foot move with my 12 year old grandaughter, she could feel it!

I like the tempo and relaxed atmosphere, although I have to work hard!

Quick question for the Pilates instructors:. Or Merri.. how much un preggy friendly exercises in this class? Exhausting the preggy classes on here:: Can Obvs modify things myself as well but just curious

Meredith, you are such a joy! I've been taking your classes since 2015, feeling grateful after all this time that you're still teaching—from your own living room, even. 

Though i have done side planks for years, it wasn't until I took classes at P.A. (from you and several other instructors) that i discovered that when I reach down and toward my feet (instead of laterally under my chest) it pops most of the vertebrae in my lower spine.  I love this! Thanks Meredith for a great class and the pop, pop, pop:)
