Excellent Class! I had challenges with two of the moves however that's how I know this class is the right level for me. The cues were very helpful and I appreciate that you had a beautiful inspiring setting for this workout. This was just right to start my busy day for grounding and invigorating myself. 

Thank you Sarah M.  Yes!  the class should be doable yet, challenging.  Hopefully, after you repeat a few times, you will have find clarity in those movements that challenged you.  :)
