Loved that class, excellent cueing, so irritated when you have to keep looking at the screen to check what the teacher means, but could follow your class with my eyes closed and fully immerse into the movement and feeling of it. Thank you

Amazing!! Pushed myself to do a class even though all I wanted to do was lay in bed. Feeling much better and my mind feels so centered now.
