Now I'd like to go through the percussive breathing from two up through 12 remember the importance of inhaling through the nose always, and those very little sharp intake. So you want to hear them and you want to feel them with each time so that you get more lung expansion so that you breathe in through the nose. Sure, sure. Remember not to take all of your breath in on those first three counts if you have, if you're working for 12 so you go, okay. I have no place to go for three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 1112 all right. Take some area in.

Now. Let all the air out. Sure. And we're going to start with two little installations. Remember it's one and then three, four, five, six of the children level. Seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12. All right, ready? Let the air out again. Sorry.

Yeah, ready? [inaudible] sure, sure. And six and seven an eight [inaudible] and Tim. 11 and 12 very good.
