Hi, I'm Rebecca Rotstein. I'm sharing with you a collection of videos as a playlist of videos that I've filmed over the past few years with polarities. Anytime that is specifically targeting osteoporosis and bone health, many people often are told that they have osteoporosis or Osteopenia and they're not sure what they should be doing. So the idea of this is to give you some guidelines in a number of options. So what I would recommend starting with is the osteoporosis protocols video, which gives you protocols toward osteoporosis but helping you understand contra indications as well as some guidelines of what you should be following, what you should be considering.
And then there's also the plots for both bones tutorial as well as several other workouts that you can follow. And finally for a little bit of fun and inspiration is the moving for bone health video, which we filmed as a Joe talk, which is like a Ted talk and it's a little bit of performance. It gives a bit of my own experience of being diagnosed with osteoporosis at a young age, and also some tips for children and future generations on how we can prevent osteoporosis problems in the future. So I hope this playlist can motivate you and give you some ideas of what you can do for your own workouts and how to take care of your bones for the rest of your life.
