Hi everyone. I have a have about 15 minutes that I want to spend in this mat. Class is really short math class today with y'all. Um, thanks for being here and I don't know about you, but this time of year we're coming up on the holidays. It's getting really busy and hectic and I, I wanted to bring in one of the principals of [inaudible] into my practice today and I want you to join me with this. It's the concentration principle. So when all else fails and the world's getting hectic and crazy, I just want to just really focus and concentrate today and I'm glad you're here with me. So let's go ahead and get started. Let's all begin with concentrating on our breathing. So take your hands, place them right by the side of your ribs, right? No plots, practices without a good focused, concentrated breath.

Let's take some pelvic curl guys. We're a little half rollback. Take a nice deep breath again. We've already warmed up.
I'm going to move into a side bend that always requires a lot of my concentration. Okay, so just join me. Go ahead and place one hand down. Take your legs out to the side. Get your shoulders really steady. Here we go. Take that opposite arm out to the side. Take a nice deep breath and let's go ahead everybody and just stretch up. Take one. Nice slow reach.
Concentrate in the steadiness of your support arm. Shoulder blade.

Long buyer's sides. Feeling the length of the spine, your length of the arms. Another breath in. Exhale. Rotate your arms. Fault. Palm space down and wide in your arms. Is that your teeth position?
No. I know it was something. If there, I completely feel a presence in the room and it's right above me. This is getting freaky. Oh my God. Now it just touched me. Okay, what the hell is going on here is heard things and we're seeing things. There's Halloween. I'm really freaked out. Joe. Clara. Mr Bones, happy Halloween.
