Hi, I'm Monica Wilson and here are my tips for success with revival. The 30 day Palladia challenge. Most importantly, commit, show up and show up with a positive attitude. You are good enough, capable enough and right here, right now you are ready to start this challenge. Each day will be 30 to 60 minutes long designed to give you a full body workout. We will be using the whole studio in this challenge.

The reformer, the Cadillac, the one to chair the large barrel, the spine corrector, the mat, everything. Some days are more intense and challenging than others and you might want to take a little time to warm up before trying to execute these advanced exercises. I've added a supplemental stretch class that you might want to take before starting that day's challenge. I did this on purpose to get us out of our comfort zone. Out of the routine we usually turn to that might not challenge us completely.

Remember, this is the revival challenge. If you come to an apparatus, you do not have access to be creative and do the exercises on another apparatus. Joseph [inaudible] was a genius and his exercises can be executed on almost any apparatus or just the map. Give it a try and see what you might discover for best results. I suggest you try to do this challenge three days a week.

Skip one day in between if you can let your body recover. So you're doing three days, that's 10 weeks of this 30 day [inaudible] challenge. Have a question, need some help. I am here with you every step of the way. Ask Away. Let's do this together.

This sounds great. I only have a mat, a spine corrector and small props (magic circle, overball, etc) so I will adjust as best I can when you are using the equipment....... Thanks for doing this series.

I am excited to start. I will be out of town for a couple of days during the next month. Can I still participate in the challenge?
