Hi, I'm Meredith Rogers. Join me for my program, Slow Burn, where we focus on deep, mindful, and meditative movements. As we practice Pilates, we continue to go back to focusing on the fundamental work, focusing on the basics. It doesn't mean it's easy, they're the hardest. My hope for this program is it enables people, students, teachers to find more depth in their practice.
