Like many I came to Pilates to lumbar spine issues. Many years of skateboarding had led to numerous problems, many of which I am still slowly resolving. Instantly I fell in love with Pilates and the connection it gave me to my body so it was always my dream to teach. I am nearing completion of my matwork teacher training with Allison Swan and I'm extremely excited for the lifelong journey.
