I have done Pilates for nine years. At age 60, I reinvented myself and became a Pilates Teacher. I am a retired R.N. My goal is to offer Pilates to seniors at a reduced rate that they can afford on fixed income. These are clients who would not afford but would greatly benefit from Pilates.
