Find your perfect Hundred position with this Mixed Equipment workout by Kathryn Ross-Nash. She starts by flowing through the repertoire that Wayne is familiar with on the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, and Mat. She then introduces the Guillotine, teaching exercises that will improve the strength and flexibility in his hamstrings.

Cadillac exercises seem to be the most  effective in this  sequence. 
difficult to hear but I loved that one
