Description

Cecile Bankston is back with another foam roller class. This class is definitely a challenge for your coordination, and proprioception, and a good workout for your abs, obliques and legs! Cecile puts some of the exercises that are typically done on the equipment on to the roller. These exercises include Stomach Massage, The Hundred, Coordination, and the Monkey. Also included are some favorites from the Kathy Corey Pilates repertiore such as the Leg Walk series. The roller is used in unexpected ways, so get ready to have fun. Enjoy!

I love this one too. It takes a few times to get the hang of some of the moves but once you do, it's fun and a great workout.
