One arm does a bicep curl and one arm pushes back, but I'm gonna pause. What's important here is you have an equal amount of tension in both arms. Come through center and go right into the other side. Equal amount of tension in both ropes. So what my body has to do is stabilize against this bicep curl and chest expansion combo, so I can't tilt or lean.
And it kinda makes my brain work a little harder too. Little coordination challenge. If kneeling upper body work feels intimidating, this is a great kind of bridging from seated to kneeling. So I'm upright, but I don't feel the balance challenge as much as a traditional high meal.
