Description

This advanced, full-body Reformer workout is designed to test strength, balance, and endurance from start to finish. Courtney Miller pushes precision and output to their peak, leaving you feeling powerful, accomplished, and transformed by consistency.

For this class, you will want two sets of hand weights, one heavier and one lighter. Courtney uses a 12 lb set and a 5 lb set, but please choose the weight range that feels right for you.

Now we really broke this down in other classes. I'm gonna just do it without the weight because I want you to remember what this feels like. So I have my weight shifted back, my body weight shifted back, hand in the middle, reaching down. I'm pushing up with my legs, as I open, and then I look down, and I find that round back elephant, that pike. So nothing really different, except with the weight in the hand, I get a deeper stretch when I'm here, I'm gonna pull the elbow up, and then find that extension, reach, look down, and lengthen.

So I really like the sensation of having the weight. Especially in the reach. Three more here.
