Alan this was a great upper body release - thank you. Please could you explain why you breathe in to rotate? I always learnt it the other way - thanks.
Thank you, mr Herdman. Just a wonderful and a very wise workout, not even for those with the frozen sholders, but for everybody- to release the torso and to feel what is it - the true rotation. I am fond of it.
I know this is an old tutorial, but just found it again! will use it in conjunction with the latest 4 segments for a new client! she is a little kyphotic , so this will work wonderfully! Thank you so much! i love your classes!
