Awesome class Mariska! So glad I got to take a class from Julian back in 1996 Pilates on Tour in Florida. This class was so helpful, just little cues about set-up for Knee Stretch, Little Boat, Big Boat, Frog short spine, and lying side Abduction just great. Thank you for sharing hope to see more….
