Thanks for the video! Question though - my hip flexors are so tight it actually makes me feel sick to stretch them. Should I perhaps do this twice a day to help stretch them out??? (My back popped about a month ago and I know its this muscle that is the culprit!)
Marie, thanks for the information. If you feel sick, it may be because of an associated stress response. However, I would see a physical therapist before continuing, especially given your back pain. Ask them about the appropriateness of this stretch, and let me know! Im interested.
