Lovely clearly shown class. I feel longer and was able to find some extra movement in my hip joint on my "funky" side! Love the crossing of the leg springs, and the crossed work in the ballet stretches. Thank you.
Elizabeth D Thank you for your comment. always happy to know that my class inspired you. No I am not Basi trained and I tend to make up variations as I have been teaching for 25 plus years. Mostly I create programs, or structure classes depending on what I consider my clients need.
