I have been waiting to watch this for a few weeks since I rarely have over an hour to work out. It was worth the wait!

I had some trouble with the star exercise because it was brand-new to me. Would you consider doing a tutorial for the star exercise… One of those five minute or 10 minute tutorials that you do? I would be extremely grateful.

Hi Stacey, thank you for doing the class and for your comments. I will certainly try and do one of my "teachable moment" tutorials on this exercise, which is a preparation for the full Star. The Star is a more complex and difficult movement and this preparation helps immensely. Stay tuned.
