That "less trained" description fits me Rael and I volunteer for that class if PA wants me !. I really love the simplicity yet challenge of this class, taking your time, maybe doing a little more reps than usual. As a teacher I try not to make things too complicated, but very sound and challenging. Those side star bends "wow!" This was perfect thank you Rael.
