Hi Amy, and thanks so much for all your classes. It has been challenging for me as I am new to Pilates Anytime. Good explanation and lots of variety. As I sad I am new into this so I felt in most of the classes that it was too fast for me to follow. I could feel it in my lower back because I didn’t had time for all Pilates focus. It was challenging and for now I will stick to your other classes and I will come back to this program again, . Greetings from Sweden in cold early spring . Kristina
Hi Kristina -- Congratulations for completing the 10 class challenge! It's quite alright that you are new to PA and that these classes may have moved a bit quick for you. You can always come back and do them again as you progress in your Pilates practice. I welcome any questions or comments you have and wish you well along this Pilates path. :)
Just finished the challenge... it was awesome! I had taken a break from Pilates for awhile and this challenge and Amy were a perfect way to get back into it! Amy is amazing and really helps connect mind body and soul!!!
