Oh how I've missed your classes. I tried lots of others, and there's a great content but hard to find. But great, I mean with a somatic approach - letting you also focus on the body and the experience from the inside, thanks to good cues. Also ,even tho the class is short, it feels almost complete. Please, more content like this with great anatomical and somatic guidance!
I think this is my run #10-11 of these series … I am finding it more challenging this time around, peri menopause is no joke. This said, I’m choosing to see the positive - I’m still showing up, my body is showing up and we are ploughing through this journey called life together. I’ve done day 8 three times in a row because I struggled with the pushups in the previous days having done power walks before joining the class. A good attempt today! I can finally move on to day 9.
