This was such a great class. Due to my injury, I had to modify some of the exercises but it was amazing. I got my heartrate up and really challenged my weak parts. Loved the pushupvariation, I have a love/hate relationship to it!

Yowza....nice one w lots of gems.   Hard for me to go out of order, but this is a fun way to move outside the "mat Pilates" box   Especially loved the energetic beginning, RLB to teaser, skk variation, superhero to pushup, sidebody sequence.....thankyou thank you!
