Thank you!! I actually did a back bend for the first time in years with this prep. Your enthusiasm was key, plus great instruction. I was on a slightly slippery surface and slightly cheated by holding my mat for leverage but it was all in my strength and your prep that got me there. Sweet!
This challenged me. I know the whole challenge is several levels above mine but it felt good to stretch and rotate. Missed a few variations feeling that form was more important than just muscling through and my whole back feels better for it. The backbend was not a possibility, but I went as far as I could keeping my shoulders down and working my upper while keeping my hips high. Thanks for this.
Loved this class! Low back was super tight this morning, now after class it feels looser and more open. Challenging class, but wonderful results! Will come back to this class often. Thanks, Carrie!
Just finished day 2. I'm coming off injuries and haven't done Pilates in many months. While I can't keep up, I modified to cat/cow (when I had enough swans). I plan to go thru this challenge a few times to see how much I can progress. On to day 3, round 1
Awesome class! Swan dive was intense!! I have high arch back so I tucked my pelvis to the mat as much as I could. I'm not ready for back bend yet:) Thank you!
I do the exercises and like them except the last one - full body bridge :)After the session I tried it again and it' good for me to notice that my arms aren't strong enough. Thank you Carrie.
