Niedra I have decided after 15 years of reformer to get certified in mat, reformer, barrel and chair as I am moving into retirement and would love to work with the over 55 community. This was a wonderful basic starting class and I am going to work through the series. I still do your ten minute back series religiously and love what it does for me especially doing as a break during computer work. Thank you for being a great teacher and a great example for me to work towards.

I am a beginner and I loved this class, I felt so good after it! The instructor is so sweet and explains everything so well, can't wait for tomorrows class!
