Thank you Blossom and David for this wonderful class with so many variations. I really enjoyed it very much. 

You might think you'll sling the ribs around in this class, but many of the twists are deeper and more about oppositional control.  I especially enjoyed the revealing side-lying port de bras.  Just maintaining a long side while taking the arm away from center was a good laugh and a reminder to double up on my right obliques!
