As has been said before…..welcome back, I always love your classes. 
Super work and a little challenging for balance. 
I am still unsure about the “Tapping” of the muscle???  Not really feeling it
Sharon C,  thank you for your great feedback. The tapping improves proprioception, which enhances movement efficiency, awareness and tension release. It’s a quick, useful way to come to our senses! It’s ok if it doesn’t resonate for you, I recommend staying open to the possibility!😊🙏
