By far the best instructor at Pilates Anytime. We need more classes by Courtney!!! How about 20 mins just on abs and 20 mins just on hips and thighs?? Love your work Courtney.......
Courtney, I absolutely love your teaching style. I rotate through all of your reformer classes each week, and always feel really good after. Your workouts are always challenging, and your cueing is impeccable. I hope to see more challenging workouts from you on PA! I especially love it when you add the overball for added inner thigh work.
Wow! That was great! It's difficult to find pilates anytime reformer videos that give me a great workout - this one did it! Got my heart rate up and made me sweat. Fantastic cuing - loved how you were so clear with all the directions.

I absolutely loved this class from A to Z ! I'll need to get back to it for all those fantastic ideas ;) I especially enjoyed the pole exercises and the short box series. The flow and cueing were great too. Thanks Courtney :)
