We will just take each move one at a time, since we are still beginner to intermediate level and most of us are 50 to late 70's!!!! I love a level 3 class, but I feel she does not teach or perform with the CONTROL and FLUIDITY that are major principles of Pilates. A little out of control for me.

What in the world. Just when I thought I was doing good with level 2 and 3 seeing some progress. If I ever get to do this routine without looking like a fish who was thrown out of an airplane flopping in the desert. (just how ridiculous I look although it's a good laugh) She's still talking and calm about the whole thing. Something to aspire to when I grow up. I had to stop before I hurt myself. One day I will conquer. This is like put you in your place kind of routine. If you have a bad day, this will fix you. Think you are all that, this will put you in your place or confirm it! AWESOME doesn't do it. Big eyed and speechless.
