Dr. Anderson's minimal tactile cueing is realy excellen. I enjoy the anatomical cueing as well, but am completely mesmerized by how the bodies respond immediately to his subtle touch. Thank you!

Need more classes for people like me with back pain. I have taken this class twice- once when I was in a lot of pain...and it did help to loosen my back for the day. This targeted approach is very effective. More, more, more!

I don't have low back pain but this is one of my favorite classes to do because it just feels great. And when my clients show up complaining of an achy back I draw much of my material from this class. My husband, who sometimes has low back pain, is also my student but I wanted to unplug and be a student with him one day and chose this class for us to do together. Since then we've done other classes together on PA but this is our favorite and the only one he asks for by name "hey, can we do that guy's low back class?".
