Great work out! I can't wait to incorporate these moves in to my next class. One quick question (if you happent o check and have time to respond.. I know this was posted awhile ago) what's the benefit of doing side legs on the box instead of just lying on the reformer? Does it give more room for the bicycle kick? thanks!
Thank you Stacy and Clara! It was a super fun class to film and Portia is an awesome mover. I like to use the long box mainly for comfort, Clara. It seems that I can fit many different body types on the long box and support their head nicely with their elbow on the headrest. AND YES, it allows for a bit more open chain movement. I Love this class! I appreciate that PA sends emails when new classes come so I can try new instructors with new methods of training. Erika's delivery is succinct and I learned so much from her cueing. I love how this workout "dances" with connecting movement patterns. She works the spine in all directions focusing on the breath at all times. Very challenging and satisfying! Thanks!
