Louise started her career in the fitness industry at the early age of seventeen as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; B.A.W.L.A (Certified British Weight Lifting Coach Association member) and Exercise to Music/Step certification.

On her arrival to the United States she quickly found employment at Clubsport in San Ramon, California, where she worked full time teaching and training. During her time there she continued to educate herself completing certifications such as: Certified Spin instructor (Johnny G Spinning), Certified Kick Boxing Instructor (Turbo Kick), Certified Yoga Fit Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer C.P.T., American Council on Exercise A.C.E., N.A.S.M National Academy of Sports Medicine, and many more. In 1999, Louise was introduced to the Pilates Method, which is when her love for the work first begun. She earned a comprehensive Pilates certificate at Turning Point Studio’s with Nora St John who is now the founder and program director of Balanced Body’s education division.

Louise gained faculty status at Balanced Body in 2007, and has been educating teachers since. In 2009 she completed a 200 hour Yoga certification with Laura Camp from Flying Yoga in Oakland, California, and in 2012 she gained faculty status as a Balanced Body Barre instructor. Her latest quest for education was in 2014 when she completed her Level 1 Franklin Method teacher training.
