Description

Join Wendy LeBlanc-Arbuckle as she explores the intersection of where biomechanics meets bio-intelligence. She strives to take you beyond “pieces and parts” Pilates cueing to discover your wholeness, and a deeper relatedness with yourselves and one another. Her goal is to help you achieve this connection, increase motility within your body by finding just enough effort for the movement, and understand your relationship with gravity and your environment.

Objectives

- Learn about core relationships within the body from the perspective of "tensegrity" in which we discover that everything is connected to everything else.

- Understand the differences between biomechanics and bio-intelligence, and how bio-intelligence allows the body to have a conversation with itself in relation to gravity and space.

- Experience primal postures to return the body to its natural movement patterns and understand the concept of grounding to create lift.
