(gentle upbeat music) My entire Pilates career, I always heard that Joseph Pilates said, "In 10 lessons you'll feel better, in 20 lessons you'll look better, and in 30 lessons you'll have a whole new body or your money back." I heard this over and over, but rarely did we see people do this, or actually organize that somebody was doing 30 lessons in 10 weeks, that people actually were doing what Joe said to do. So I decided to take my captive husband and teach him 30 lessons in 10 weeks. Here, you have the step-by-step, lesson-by-lesson progress of his program that you can watch, learn and try.
