Thank you, Elizabeth Larkam , for this peaceful and challenging class! My spine feels much more free. The posterior chain stretches are challenging for me and therefore so needed. Your melodic voice certainly helps me to get through it and even enjoy the effort ;)
very challenging -you made this so easy that i was shocked to discover how much practicing i have to do!!! - wow - thank you - weakling in seattle!! (especially with the leg that sustained a tibia plateau fracture two years ago)
I just love this myo facial work, my body feels it all over! Elizabeth, is the thoracic rotation ok for osteoporosis clients? Thank you wonderful teacher and PA!
Beverly. so glad you are enjoying these sequences. Often clients with osteoporosis are advised to move in spine neutral and spine extension, avoiding movements with load in flexion, lateral flexion and rotation that risk causing compression fractures of the bodies of the vertebrae. Always wise to consult a clinical specialist in bone health.
Hi Elisabeth, thank you, I've found it very interesting in my body and challenging at the same time. Love this exploration which certainly tell us a lot about asymmetries and hidden tensions in our bodies.
The thing about 30 minutes with you ~ it's like 90 minutes with someone else. Thank you for that deeply challenging simple work. The higher the truth the simpler the action.....as you just demonstrated.
