Niedra, thanks so much for this class. I couldn't stop laughing when at the end you said about carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders and telling it to get off!

Thank you Neidra. I don't have a foam roller but used a large square 'pillow/cushion' folded in half and that seemed to work! I'm finding myself a bit light headed after some of these sessions, but I think it's just a response to how tense I am!! Sarah
