Thank you so much for this, Niedra, and for the entire series. This is one I'll have to continue to do to fully restore my range of motion. Such a helpful start to addressing some tightness issues in my shoulders and chest, so appreciate this series.

Thank you Neidra. I don't have a foam roller but used a large square 'pillow/cushion' folded in half and that seemed to work! I'm finding myself a bit light headed after some of these sessions, but I think it's just a response to how tense I am!! Sarah
